Sr. Manager – Sales

Key Objective / Purpose of the Job:

The incumbent would be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. He/She should also establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned area.

a) Major Activities

  • Responsible for managing & developing target customer relationships
  • Responsible for company’s sales & revenue objectives
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Person Specification:

a) Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree
  • MBA/ PG in Sales & Marketing

b) Requisite Skills –


  • Good business acumen
  • Good knowledge of ATM/BFSI industry
  • Strong understanding of customer & market dynamics/requirements
    Behavioral –

  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to work in teams

c) Work Experience –

  • 7-10 yrs of experience in solutions selling in BFSI, payment industry
