Position Summary
a) Key Objective / Purpose of the Job:
The incumbent would be responsible for managing 24*7 ATM Helpdesk of TCPSL Managed Services ensuring that the issued are tracked and resolved as per the SLAs.
b) Major Activities
- Responsible for managing & developing target customer relationships
- Responsible for company’s sales & revenue objectives
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Person Specification:
a) Essential Qualifications –
- Graduate degree
- MBA/ PG in Sales & Marketing
b) Requisite Skills –
- Technical:
- Good business acumen
- Good understanding of the Advertising Agency/Media Sales industry
- Strong understanding of customer & market dynamics/requirements
- Behavioral:
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work in teams
c) Work Experience –
- 10+ yrs of experience in Media Sales/ Outdoor Sales
